A circle of bosses is provided on the upper part of the circumference of the distributor body, and the coal outlet branch pipes are evenly arranged on these bosses. A detachable cover plate is installed at the top, and 36 to 40 coal outlets can be set. ◦ Working Principle: Through the inverted bottle-shaped cavity structure and the reasonable arrangement of the coal outlet branch pipes, the pulverized coal is evenly distributed to each branch pipe under the action of air flow, effectively overcoming the problem that the previous cavity-type distributors are prone to eddy currents. ◦ Applicable Scenarios: It is suitable for blast furnace coal injection systems that require large coal conveying volume, and can maintain stable distribution effect even when conveying a large amount of coal.
• PSFPQ Disc-Type Pulverized Coal Distributor ◦ Structural Features: It adopts a conical design, consisting of a main pipe, a main body, and various branch pipes. The coal injection branch pipes are evenly distributed on the upper part of the distributor main body. The lower end is connected to the coal conveying main pipe, and the upper branch pipes are connected to each pulverized coal lance. It is made of carbon steel structural parts, with precise processing and high geometric accuracy. ◦ Working Principle: The sum of the outlet areas of each branch pipe is close to the area of the inlet channel. When the high-pressure solid-gas flow enters the inner cavity, it will form a strong eddy current, which wraps the pulverized coal and evenly distributes it to each branch pipe. ◦ Applicable Scenarios: It is suitable for pulverized coal conveying systems under various gas-solid ratios in blast furnace coal injection systems.
